Are the apartments furnished?
White goods such as fridge-freezers, washing machines and ovens are included in the price. The apartments come unfurnished allowing you to bring your own possessions with you. Arrangements can be made for moving your possessions from your home to the apartment by using our reputable removals firm.
Are children allowed to visit?
Yes, Casablanca Village is a haven of peace and tranquility where residents can enjoy a stress free life. With this in mind certain areas have been set aside where families can spend time together without disturbing other residents.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Yes, if you have a beloved pet you won’t need to be separated from them. Small animals such as cats, small dogs and birds are allowed providing they do not disturb the other residents or break the regulations of the complex.
Can I have guests to stay?
All the apartments have two bedrooms so you will have plenty of space for family or friends to stay. There will also be a guest suite in the complex which you will be able to book for any other guests who wish to stay.
Can I choose the interior layout?
If you buy the property off-plan certain changes can be made. There may be additional costs depending on what changes you require and how much work is involved. Please rest assured that we will do our utmost to provide you with the apartment you desire.
Do I need to be a resident of Spain to live here?
The short answer is YES, you will need to be able to show you have legal residencia to live in Spain, either in the original paper form or you may have changed this for a T.I.E card.
Is there a phone system already connected?
Yes, we think that it’s very important for residents to have a land line available just in case there is a problem with your mobile phone, so a phone system will already be connected for your use, all internal calls will be free, however you will be responsible for your own bills. In keeping with this the internet will also be up and running and available to use wherever you are on the complex.
Will there be any facilities open to the public?
The Wellness Centre and the restaurant/bar will be open to the public strictly on a membership basis. Family and friends are more than welcome to peruse the complex and see what we have to offer.
Will there be a postal service?
The incoming post will be delivered to the complex and you will be able to pick up your post during the opening hours at reception. There will also be a collection box available at reception for any post that you may wish to send.
Are airport transfers available to the complex?
Yes, by prior arrangement one of our representatives will gladly be there to greet you at arrivals and drive you safely back to the complex.
