Safety and security is paramount here at Casablanca Village and so to ensure this we have a

                      computerized security camera system with multiple cameras throughout the complex. For your added

                      safety there will be a guard patrolling the grounds day and night. A barrier at the entrance will

                      be manned to check all visitors to the complex. Visitors are allowed onto the complex daily (8am –

                      8pm) and may gain admittance after checking in with the security guard.

The apartments are of the highest quality and are situated on the ground floor and the first floor, each apartment has a generous size of approximately 94 square meters. For those living in an upper floor apartment a lift is available, the roof also includes a terrace and a solarium, a ground floor apartment also offers a lovely garden space. All the apartments and the lift are wheelchair friendly, are fully air-conditioned, have under floor heating, a video entry system, and have television and telephone points. Throughout the apartments there are waist high electric sockets, and all bathrooms are issued with an emergency assist system. You will also find a handy printed list of all the contact numbers you would need in an emergency.

Living Area

Each apartment has a spacious open plan lounge-dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is built and designed to the highest standard and specifications and they are fully equipped with all the white goods you will need, for your convenience the kitchen includes a feature height adjustable worktop.

Bedrooms

The are two bedrooms in each apartment and are approximately 9-11 square meters with space for a double and a single bed. There are fitted wardrobes in each bedroom offering more than adequate storage space.

Bathroom

The large bathroom has a walk in shower which can be fully adapted for the less able to include a sit down shower and grip rails if necessary. Changes to the bathroom can also be made to include a bath if preferred.

The local hospital at Torrevieja is only a few kilometres away and is largely regarded as one of the best hospitals in the world. Please rest assured that all medical services will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For those in need of a little extra care then a small charge would be required. An example of which would be regular help getting out of bed, or maybe washing and dressing. This extra service enables the residents to live independently in their own apartment.
